I was having a very unlucky day when one of my younger cats was injured with quite a bit of bleeding. I was able to quickly get my cat into the hands of the reliable staff and they were able to get everything sorted out. Being a new client whose first visit was with an emergency during a pandemic I was glad that the staff responded quickly to calm and help not only my cat but myself.
